We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. However, please allow 5 – 7 business days processing time, plus 2 – 3 days shipping transit time; depending on where you live.
PROCESSING, SHIPPING, and POTENTIAL DELAYS
All orders are processed in the order they are received. We do NOT advise that you wait until the last minute to place your order.
You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time an order is placed. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred, as a result, of a bad address provided by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERIES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries or refused shipments. NO exceptions. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time an order is placed.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact the shipping vendor immediately and open an investigation, as appropriate. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, your order will be resent.
